Robert Leeper is a web designer/developer in Plano, Texas. He recently began working for The University of Texas at Dallas with the Provost's Technology Group. Before working for UT Dallas, Robert worked for Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene for six years as the web designer/developer and video producer. His work has won multiple awards and has been seen in a number of web design galleries.
